For Topkapi Palace, please arrive 15 minutes before your selected entry time at the kiosk located next to the First Gate (main entrance) of the palace. When booking, you can choose from the available timed entry slots: 9:30 AM, 10:30 AM, 11:00 AM, 11:30 AM, 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, 2:30 PM, 3:00 PM, or 3:30 PM.
For the Basilica Cistern, simply present your digital ticket at the entrance during opening hours (daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM). Your tickets, along with the digital Istanbul City Guide and 3-Day Itinerary PDF, will be sent to your email after booking.
