The T1 Tram Line offers the easiest public transportation access to Topkapi Palace. Visitors coming from Kabataş, Karaköy, or Eminönü can travel directly to Gülhane Station, the closest stop to the palace. By Metro
There is no direct metro station at Topkapi Palace. Visitors using the M2 Metro Line can transfer at Yenikapı to either the T1 Tram Line or the Marmaray Line, then continue to Gülhane, Sultanahmet, or Sirkeci before walking to the palace.
